It's not about the Backup.
It's about the Recovery.

Don't let a hardware failure or cyber attack destroy your business. We ensure you can recover your data and systems in minutes, not days.

Why Standard Backups Fail

Modern threats require modern defense. A simple USB drive or basic cloud sync is no longer enough.

Ransomware Targets Backups

Attackers know that if they delete your backups, you have to pay the ransom. Our backups are "Immutable" – meaning they cannot be modified or deleted by hackers, even if they have admin access.

The "Microsoft 365" Myth

Many believe Microsoft backs up everything. They don't. They protect the infrastructure, but your data is your responsibility. If an employee maliciously deletes emails or OneDrive files, Microsoft cannot always restore them.

Complete Protection Strategy

We implement the 3-2-1 rule: 3 copies of data, 2 different media, 1 off-site.

Server Backup & DR

Full image-based backups of your physical or virtual servers. If a server dies, we can spin it up as a virtual machine in the cloud instantly.

Microsoft 365 Backup

Automated backups for Emails, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Restore a single deleted email or an entire mailbox with one click.

Ransomware Protection

Our backup systems scan for signs of ransomware encryption. If detected, we isolate the infection and restore from a safe point.

Recovery Scenarios

1

Accidental File Deletion

Employee deletes a critical folder.
Solution: We restore the specific file/folder from the previous hour's snapshot. Time: 5-10 minutes.

2

Server Hardware Failure

Your main server motherboard dies.
Solution: We virtualization the backup image locally or in the cloud. Your team keeps working while we fix the hardware.

3

Full Office Disaster (Fire/Theft)

The office is inaccessible or equipment stolen.
Solution: We spin up your entire infrastructure in the secure cloud. Employees connect remotely from home.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between backup and Disaster Recovery (DR)?

Backup is a copy of data. Disaster Recovery (DR) is the plan and capability to restore systems and keep the business running after an outage or attack. In short: backup answers “do we have a copy?”, while DR answers “how fast can we operate again?”.

How do you define RPO and RTO?

We start with your business processes: which systems are critical and how long you can realistically be without them. RPO is the maximum acceptable data loss (e.g., 4 hours), and RTO is the target time to restore operations (e.g., 2 hours). Then we design backup frequency, retention, and recovery methods to meet those targets.

Do you test restores, and how often?

Yes - backups are only valuable if restores are verified. We define restore tests (monthly/quarterly) and recovery scenarios: a single file, a full VM, a database (SQL), or a complete DR drill. After each test you get confirmation and clear next steps.

Do you back up Microsoft 365 (Exchange/OneDrive/SharePoint/Teams)?

Yes. We implement backups for Microsoft 365 (email, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) with granular restores for individual items or full mailboxes/datasets. This matters because retention features don’t always equal a full backup - especially for longer timeframes and complex recovery scenarios.

When was your last Restore Test?

Backups fail silently. We test restores automatically every day so you know they work when you need them.
