Do you support hybrid environments?
Absolutely. Many businesses keep some data on-premise for speed or compliance while moving email and archives to the cloud. Most commonly: identity and email in the cloud, while file shares stay on-prem. We design the hybrid setup so both environments work seamlessly together.
Who manages Microsoft 365 licensing, security, and backups?
We can manage the full stack in a managed service model: Microsoft 365 licensing and configuration, identity and security policies (MFA, Conditional Access), and backups. Important: built-in retention in M365 is not always a full backup — that's why we define the protection scope for you.
How long does a cloud project take?
It depends on scope. A single server can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days of work. Larger projects are quoted once we've agreed the scope together.
